Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
